Absolute Payroll offers free direct deposit with our payroll services. Direct deposit allows you to get your paycheck deposited directly into your bank account. You can even have multiple accounts that the money is deposited into. Some people choose to have a checking and a savings account and divide up their check into these separate accounts.
As an employer, there are many advantages to offering direct deposit to your employees. This gives you the ability to “go green” and have paperless payroll. Your employees can access their paychecks through our Employee Portal and view their pay stub right on their own computer. For those that prefer a hard copy, you can still print out the direct deposit slips at your place of business on plain white paper. It’s very easy!
With direct deposit, employees don’t have to worry about always taking their check to the bank. On pay day, the money is deposited directly into their bank account and employees are then able to view their pay stub online.
