Our prices include direct deposit, new hire reporting, comprehensive set of reports, laser-printed checks, tax filing for all 50 states, and reporting and filing of W-2 and 1099 forms. We also include many other services that you will find on our website under the “Payroll Services” tab.

We offer all-inclusive pricing and do not charge any set-up fees.

There are 4 simple steps to transitioning over to Absolute Payroll Inc.

1. Sign Payroll Forms (provided)
2. Gather Tax IDs
3. Provide Voided Check
4. Provide Employee QTD/YTD Information

Anytime. As long as we have your employee QTD/YTD information, you don’t need to wait until the end of the quarter or end of the year to switch over.

You can call, email, or fax in the hours. You can also access your account online and enter in the hours yourself, if you prefer.  We have compatibility with Microsoft Excel files for your convenience.

Click on “Payroll Access” under Employer Login on the upper left hand side of the page. This will take you to a login page where you will enter in your login name and password. If you don’t currently have a login/password, please contact us and we will give you one so you can access your company’s payroll information.
